You all probably have recieved an alert about a new upgrade to AIM....

If you do get this update, beware!!!!

On installing it, there will be an area that asks to install 2 optional items.

Uncheck both of these unless you like your computer dripping with spyware...

One of them is WeatherBug, one of the biggest spyware programs going.

Just a word of warning.

Also, in case you all don't know, any of these "Free Tool Bars" programs are good sources of Malware/spyware that will add hate & discontent to your computer. I charge $50.00 an hour to remove this crap from clients computers.

If you did not uncheck these options, I would try & see if there is a turn off, or uninstall for them, I don't know, as I knew this was spyware junk.... and didn't install them.

OK...that is about an idiotic statement there.

For one...a fly..comes from a larva...(think maggot).A fly also regurgitates it's food,to then eat it again.Would you want a maggoty fly throwing up on your burger?

Also....spyware is well known to cause your computer great harm (after all...it is as close to a virus as you can get)...where the heck have you been?

Spyware definition:

A general term for a program that surreptitiously monitors your actions. While they are sometimes sinister, like a remote control program used by a hacker, software companies have been known to use Spyware to gather data about customers. The practice is generally frowned upon.

Do you want someone knowing your every move on the computer?
Do you want spam ads sent to you regularly?
Do you want viruses spreading throughout your computer...because you have spyware?
Do you want to have troubles with "regular" programs or games...because you have spyware?

Let's face it kid...you know nothing about anything...so leave the computer conversations to the ones who know enough about it NOT to listen to your ramblings of nothing.

You are starving for attention in the wrong places.Maybe your mama and daddy just don't care.It sure seems that way to let you run around to all different websites cussing and rambling on about absolutely nothing that has any substance or value whatsoever.

Move along kid...nothing to see here.

I just came on AIM after about Uhhh 40 hours of not using it. Got the 'upgrade' message. But when I saw NEW features list I knew immediately I wanted none of it. So I bypassed.. Whew! Sometimes the Dumfooly makes good choices.

Raybee, Wow, I simply would have said... Fly poop isn't too tasting to me. But if you enjoy it, may a 1,000 flys buzz your burger.

Speaking of IM's and such... what's the word about Google's new toy?
www.google.com/talk

Any good or just a load of spyware?
